• How is Tripaay different from Zoho or HubSpot?

  Tripaay is built for one specific job: running an Indian travel agency. Out-of-the-box you get GST-compliant invoicing, Razorpay payment links, WhatsApp-first lead capture, pre-built Char Dham / Kedarnath / trek itinerary templates, and a customer portal customers actually understand. Generic CRMs need months of setup to do half of that.

• Do you support GST invoicing?

  Yes — natively. Tripaay generates tax-compliant invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST split (auto-detected by state), maintains your invoice numbering, and exports cleanly to Tally. E-invoicing for agencies above ₹5 Cr turnover ships in M5.

• Can I import my existing leads from Excel?

  Yes. The onboarding wizard accepts a CSV/Excel upload mapped to our standard fields. Most agencies import 1–3 years of historical leads on day one.

• Does it integrate with my WhatsApp number?

  On the Growth plan and above, we integrate via the official WhatsApp Business API (through AiSensy/WATI as your BSP). You keep your existing number, your customers see the same thread, and replies stay inside Tripaay.

• Is my data secure?

  Tripaay runs on Supabase in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Data at rest is encrypted, every tenant is isolated via row-level security, and all access is logged. We are working toward SOC 2 Type 1 readiness in 2027.

• What if I cancel?

  You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — no phone calls, no retention scripts. You keep full data export access (CSV/JSON) for 90 days after cancellation. We don't hold your data hostage.

• Do you offer onboarding help?

  Yes. Every Growth and Agency customer gets a free 30-day onboarding window with a real human — we will help you import data, set up your branding, train your team, and connect WhatsApp. Starter customers get a structured self-serve onboarding checklist and email support.
